This package provides implementation of NTRU LPRime and Streamlined NTRU
Prime schemes based on a previous implementation which is taken from the
PQM4 library which is released under
CC0, the codes that
have different licence (public domain or MIT) indicated in the top of the
file if needed. The new codes are provided in
